The feast of the Holy Guardian Angels reassures us that God's provision reaches beyond what our eyes can see. Angels are not sentimental figures of decoration but active agents of divine care, appointed to accompany us on the journey of salvation. Today, move through your hours with the awareness that you are accompanied and that no danger takes God by surprise. His messengers are near.
Prayer for Today
Lord, thank you for my beautiful family. It worries me that I cannot protect them from all of the evil in this world. I am on my knees asking for your help. Please watch over my family today when they step out the front door. Send an angel to guide them home safely and avoid any harm they may face. In Jesus' name, Amen.
