Isaiah 40:31
But they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
Reflection
Isaiah's promise is not that exhaustion never comes — it is that renewal follows waiting. The rhythm of depletion and restoration is built into creation itself: the tides, the seasons, sleep. Waiting on the Lord is not wasted time; it is the process by which wings are rebuilt. Trust the season of refilling.

Dear God, bless me and my family with good health and physical strength.
Give me inner strength to battle the evil effects of depression, loneliness, unworthiness, and hopelessness.
